Cancellation Policy
# Rose Hair Braiding – Booking & Salon Policies Thank you for choosing **Rose Hair Braiding**! Please read our policies before booking your appointment. ### 💕 Booking & Deposit * A **$30 non-refundable deposit** is required to book all appointments. * Your $30 deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. * Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. ### 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling * Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule. * Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel late or do not show up. * One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice, and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. ### ⏰ Late Arrivals * Please arrive on time. * Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit. ### 💇 Hair Preparation * Please arrive with your hair washed, blow-dried good, detangled, and free of heavy oils or product buildup unless otherwise instructed. ### 💳 Payments * The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. * We accept Cash, Zelle, Appel pay and other approved payment methods. ### ❤️ Thank You Thank you for choosing **Rose Hair Braiding**.
