Appointment Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking:

$30 Non-Refundable Deposit
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. After booking, please send your deposit via Zelle. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Hair Preparation
Please wash and thoroughly blow-dry your hair before arriving for your appointment. Hair must be clean, completely dry, and free of excessive products or buildup. Properly prepared hair allows us to provide a more efficient and quality braiding service.

Please Arrive on Time
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may affect the amount of time available for your service and may result in a shortened service or cancellation. We kindly ask that you plan ahead and allow enough time to arrive at the salon as scheduled.
